Hellooooooo Everyone!

Hi Everyone!  We have had a such a busy few months...sorry it's been so long.  We feel just awful for not keeping up with you all.  Where do I begin.  I'm now 2.5 and I started in the young preschool room at my school.  I love being with the older kids and I'm learning so many new things.  My name is on the floor and that's where I sit every time we're in the classroom and I showed my dad that on my second day!  Harper is 9 months already and a horrific sleeper.  I sleep so hard though that I don't even hear her...can't say the same for my mom and dad though.  Harper is crawling all over the place.  My parents never really had to babyproof much with me but with Harper, she's a totally different story.  She tries to go down stairs and play with cords...needless to say she has to constantly be watched.

Oh and we moved!  We moved to a fabulous neighborhood in St. Paul.  The address is 2261 Sargent Ave, St. Paul, MN 55105.  We bought the house in June and just moved in almost a month ago.  We renovated some but still have the kitchen and bathrooms left to do which will take some time but I love my room...it's pink and has so many windows.  Harper's room is purple and she has a lot of windows too and we have so much more space in our bedrooms now.  There's a lot of kids in our neighborhood but we haven't met them yet.  There's a neighborhood hay ride around Halloween so I imagine we'll meet a ton then.

Well, it's been about 6 months and I can't remember what's all happened so for now, Harper and I wish you all well!

Here are some recent pictures of us.  Some go back as far as Easter and some are from my recent first bus ride that my school set up for us; it was so much fun...enjoy!  The first one is our new house.

Hello again!

We've had a very busy few months!  Well, my mom went back to work so Harper goes to school with me now.  The teachers say she's a very good baby and smiles and laughs all day and she takes 3 to 4 hour naps in the afternoon.  They even brought her down to my class yesterday so I could hang out with her for a while.  I love cuddling with her and giving her lots of kisses.  I like to show her off to all my friends at school too.  I'm the only one that can touch her though...the teachers tell all my friends that they can only look at her.

I got my first doozey of a black eye.  It happened at school; I was running and fell and hit the stage.   The teachers felt so badly for me but I didn't really even notice it.  I mean, I couldn't really see out of it and I loved putting ice packs on it but all in all, it wasn't so bad.  I also had my first dentist appointment...now that was bad!  I hated it!  They couldn't get any xrays because I wasn't about to open my mouth and let some stranger dig in there.  My parents bought me my first underwear too.  I loved wearing them on the outside of my clothes (you'll see that below).  I was so proud of them.  I even wore them without my diaper but then I had an accident so they had to go back on.

Lastly, the most recent events: Harper got bapitized and I turned 2.  Can you believe it???  2 already?  My parents gave me a bike and a helmet but I haven't really been able to use it much since we live in Minnesota and winters seem to last a lifetime here!

The holidays are over! Whew!

Hi Everyone!  We hope you all had a fabulous holiday this year.  We sure did.  I'm loving having Harper around.  All she seems to do is sleep and eat and cry but I love to kiss and hug her and can't wait til she's old enough to play with me.  She did give us a scare though. She was in the hospital last week for 5 nights with RSV.  I really didn't understand where she was but I knew she was gone and my whole world was turned upside down.  I'm glad to have her home now and so are my parents.

I got tons of new toys and clothes for Christmas.  I had so many presents to open that I actually got bored with it...weird, I know.  But my family is SOOO generous and I had a blast.  We had Christmas Eve at my Great Grandma Norma's house; Christmas day at Grandma and Grandpa Frattallone and then we went to Marshall to be with Grandma and Grandpa Anderson.

The holidays are over! Whew!

My sister is here, my sister is here!!!

 

Hi Everyone,

Happy holidays!!!  Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!  So the biggest news EVER...my sister Harper Allison was born last Saturday and I love her to pieces!  Things are going fabulous with her. I love to touch her head and her nose and show mom and dad where her ears and eyes are.  So far she doesn't do much but sleep and she doesn't even barely cry!  My mom's labor was MUCH shorter the second time around and everything went very smoothly.  I saw all my grandparents over the weekend as they all took turns watching me while my parents were in the hospital.  My dad came home to check on me but mom couldn't leave the hospital so I really missed her and I couldn't visit either...you know with all the flu scare, no children visitors under 5 were allowed to visit my mom and Harper in the hospital.

I've really enjoyed having a sister so far.  I've been throwing a few more temper tantrums this week just show my parents who's boss around here :)  I can't wait for this weekend so we can all spend time together all day long (I've still been going to school to keep me on schedule).

We hope you all have a great Christmas and we wish you and your families all the best.  I'm going to enjoy the best Christmas present ever this year (that would be Harper)!

My sister is here, my sister is here!!!

 

Hi Everyone,

Happy holidays!!!  Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!  So the biggest news EVER...my sister Harper Allison was born last Saturday and I love her to pieces!  Things are going fabulous with her. Happy November Everyone!

We all hope you had a great Halloween and are getting excited for the holidays!  I know we are...my dad has been listening to Christmas music for over a month now.  I had a fabulous Halloween.  I dressed up like a fairy and wore my costume 3 different times.  Once to mom's work for trick or treating, once to school and then on Halloween itself.  I wasn't too keen on trick or treating on Halloween.  It was about my bedtime and it was dark out and there were tons of scary people out.  I sure enjoyed it when I got home and realized what everyone was putting in my bucket!  I didn't eat any of it but just played with it for 45 minutes.  We also carved pumpkins...I really helped my dad clean the pumpkins out while my mom did the carving.  I also liked eating the raw pumpkin...my parents thought it was disgusting but I didn't care...I kept sneaking bites. 

Well it's getting closer and closer to my mom's due date...one month from today and I should have my little sister!  We're all so excited! 

This will probably be my last update until my sister is born.  Have a very happy Thanksgiving everyone and my next update should include pictures of my new sister, Harper! 

Oh one last thing....I got my first haircut last weekend.  I wasn't a huge fan but once I sat in my dad's lap, I was pretty good.

Happy November Everyone!

Happy soon to be Halloween!

 

My how time flies!  As you can tell, my parent's life has gotten much busier now that I'm on the move and they're preparing for my new sister.  Yup, that's right.  I'm going to have a little sister in 2 months.  My parents have been getting her room ready for her big arrival!  Her name is going to be Harper Allison...Allison after my Grandma.  So needless to say, my mom just hasn't had the time to upload any pictures or write anything until now.  So things that are new with me...let's see...I had a wonderful summer.  We went to the cabin a couple times.  We went to Marshall to see Grandpa Tony and Grandma Deb.  I started gymnastics a couple weeks ago.  I LOVE it.  I'm also learning all sorts of words like baby, Harper, cookie, cracker and of course, no puppies, because that's what I hear a lot when my dogs try to steal my food.  I also do a lot of singing and dancing at school and love, love, love to do Ring Around the Rosey with my parents before I go to bed.  We all get in a circle in my bedroom and sing it over and over again and fall to the ground...it's so fun! 

I'll let you go for now.  My mom will try to get Halloween pictures up shortly after Halloween.  I'm going to be a fairy and this will my first year trick-or-treating and I'm SO excited!
